Small – bright – single or multi chip

The OSLON Black Flat Family feature a very high light output. Chip configuration from one chip to five chips in a row is available. The OSLON Black Flat can be driven with high currents up to 1500mA/Chip thanks to the unique UX:3 chip tech-nology. The complete LED family offer greater design freedom for headlight manufacturers and OEMs. The OEMs can choo-se the most suitable of the existing OSLON Black Flat versions, depending on the design desired. Moreover, the especially slender form permits extremely compact headlight systems.

  • SMT solderable multichip LED
  • The coefficient of thermal expansion of the black QFN package (Quad Flat No Leads) matches that of the metal core board
  • Small package, scalable depending on Nr. of chips required.
